Ingredients

bunch of parslay
bunch of mint
bunch of basil
100ml olive oil
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Method

Place all the ingredients other than the oil into a small food processor and blitz together. As you’re doing so, drizzle in the oil until all is incorporated. 

You’re done.

  1. I thought salsa verde had tomatillo in it? This seems more like a pesto. I’m not criticizing I just don’t know much about salsa verde. Nevertheless, it does look great! Something I would like to make!

      There are two different types of Salsa Verde – Italian (which is this one!) and Mexican – also known as Green Sauce, which consists of tomatillos and often green chillis.

      Both are amazing! 🙂
